Gotta love clickbait titles. It's the golden bullet event, so, stars-a-plenty for the proficient farmer. Floor 10 is the place to be, 1-4 man.. in order of importance, one fire eclipse player, one oxy, a DPS, and another oxy can clear the floor in 45-30 seconds. Stop for loot every 20 caches and you're good to go.
Side note: Lots of hate about this on reddit. Boo hoo, people aren't playing the game the way they want.
